Where do your products come from? We source our products from US suppliers to the promotional products industry. Some of our suppliers manufacture and decorate domestically, while others source products overseas and decorate them in the US.

Do you sell regular, “non-eco” promotional products too? Ecoswag.com is 100% devoted to eco-responsible choices. Our sister company, Swag Connection, sells and sources traditional promotional products and decorated apparel. You can visit/search their website: www.swagconnection.com.
How do you choose the products sold on Ecoswag.com? We look for products that are ecologically preferable within their category, but they must meet our high standards for product quality, imprint quality and on-time delivery. We’re constantly monitoring our industry network of hundreds of suppliers to find the newest and best products to offer on Ecoswag.com.
Are your products certified by 3rd parties? In many cases, yes. Certifications vary depending on product types and the materials they’re made from. Please contact us for specific certification info on products you are interested in.
Can you mail me a print version of your online catalog? We do not offer printed catalogs. This is partly to conserve resources and also because our online product selection is constantly being updated and expanded.
Why aren’t Decoration Charges shown at time of check-out? Decoration charges (such as setup charges) vary by order and depend on factors such as the number of imprint colors and the decoration method used. Instead of showing charges at check-out that may be incorrect, we prefer to add the correct charges to your Order Confirmation after we’ve reviewed your artwork and instructions.
Why isn’t Freight shown at time of check-out? Ship methods vary depending on when your order is needed in-hands and what part of the country you’re in. We will determine the best ship method for your order and provide a Freight Estimate upon request.
