Quote Requests Ecoswag.com will gladly provide an itemized quote at your request. Because our quotes include additional charges for decoration and setup, we may need to see your artwork before we can accurately quote your project.
To request a quote by email or phone, we’ll need the following info:
1. The Ecoswag item # 2. Your desired order quantity 3. The date by which you need items delivered 4. The number of imprint colors required for your logo 5. The number of Pantone colors you’ll need matched 6. Provide your Zip Code if you’d like Estimated Freight included in your quote
We will respond to emailed quote requests within 1 business day.
Sample Requests We will provide up to 3 sample items for your evaluation at no charge for items priced at $5 or less. Additional samples, or items priced at over $5 can be purchased at the unit price shown.
All samples are sent directly to you from the Supplier’s Factory via UPS Ground freight. If faster delivery is required you must agree to pay for freight or provide a UPS or FedEx account number.
Samples are yours to keep and may not be returned for credit.
All Sample Requests must be placed by Phone or Email.
We may, at our discretion, credit you back for the costs you incurred to order samples. This credit is only given on orders of $500 or more that result directly from a sample request and are placed within 6 weeks of receiving the sample(s).
