Proofs A faxed or emailed proof is provided on most orders and must be approved before production begins. A few of our suppliers charge extra for proofs - in those cases a Proof Charge will be shown on your Order Confirmation. On new embroidery orders, a sewout is provided for your approval before goods are sewn. Proofs are normally waived on exact reorders unless requested by the client.
Production Times Vary by Item Because the items on our site come from many different suppliers, the production time varies on each item. Standard production time is generally 7-10 business days after proof approval; this does not include time in transit.
Ship Methods/Time in Transit Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, with time in transit ranging betweeen 1-5 business days in most cases. Overnight, 2-day or 3-day service may be needed to ensure on-time delivery for critical event dates. We will determine the best method by which to ship your order. Your ship method will be shown on yourOrder Confirmation.
Rush Orders Most of the items on our site can be upgraded to Rush Production, which is generally 1-3 business days after Order Confirmation. Rush charges and expedited freight charges may apply. Proofs may not always be available on Rush Orders.
Large Quantity Orders Extra production time may be needed on large quantity orders, and an actual product proof is highly recommended on orders of 1,000 pieces or more. Actual product proofs can add 2-3 weeks to your order turnaround time. Custom overseas sourcing is available on very large orders (generally 5,000 pieces and up). Please inquire for more details and custom quotes on large quantity orders.
