ARTWORK SUBMISSION & GUIDELINES

Artwork File Types
The preferred artfile format is VECTOR artwork saved as ILLUSTRATOR .EPS format (CS3 or below). All fonts must be set to Outlines. If your artwork is in a different format, please send it to us for review. Our Art Department will let you know if your artwork needs any modification before your order is confirmed.

Decoration Instructions
When emailing your artfiles, please include decoration instructions for the items you ordered. Instructions should include IMPRINT COLOR(S), SIZE, and PLACEMENT for each ITEM NUMBER. If you require Pantone Color matching please provide PMS color numbers.

Templates & Specifications
Artwork templates are available on many of our items to help you in the design process. Please contact us to request templates or to get answers to product-specific artwork questions. 

File Conversion & Digitization
Artwork that is submitted in low-resolution or unsupported filetypes may need to be converted to vector EPS format. Files submitted for embroidery jobs will require digitization before they can be sewn out. Additional charges apply for these services, which will be shown on your Order Confirmation.
