Orders are Not Final until Confirmed and Approved Because every order is custom-decorated, we will review your order, artwork and decoration instructions and contact you by phone or email if there are any questions before we email your Order Confirmation. Orders will not be placed into production and your credit card will NOT be charged until your Order Confirmation is approved.
Additional Charges May Apply The prices on our website include 1-color, 1-location custom imprinting unless otherwise noted. Additional charges such as Setup Charges, Pantone Color Matching, Proof Charges, Rush Charges or Additional Color Run Charges may apply. Any additional charges that apply to your custom-decorated order will appear on your Order Confirmation. Shipping Information Freight is additional and is NOT INCLUDED in our prices. The items on our site are sourced from suppliers across the USA, and the FOB point varies by item. We will provide Freight Estimates upon request. Your final Invoice will include the actual freight charges for your order. Payment & Credit Terms We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. A deposit equal to 50% of the amount of your Order Confirmation will be charged to your credit card upon your approval of your Order Confirmation. The balance of your order, including Freight and any Overruns, will be charged to your card within 5 days of the shipment of your order. Credit Terms may be requested by completing and submitting an Application for Credit Terms (please request this by telephone or email). We may request a credit card number to guarantee your 1st order while your credit application is under review. Refund & Return Policies If you cancel your order prior to production you will be charged only for the costs incurred before cancellation, such as setup, proof or artwork charges. If your order deposit exceeds these charges the difference will be refunded to your credit card. On orders for custom-decorated goods, the only instance in which we will accept returns is if the products are deemed to be defective or if the decoration differs from what was shown on the proof you approved. In these cases we reserve the right to either issue a full or partial credit, or to replace the order at our discretion. All requests for refunds or replacements on shipped orders must be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
